These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anytime Salon website (www.anytimesalon.com) and the Anytime Salon mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

Anytime Salon is owned and operated by E Digital Media Solutions.

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.


1. About Anytime Salon

Anytime Salon is an online marketplace that enables customers to book professional salon and beauty services at home. The Platform connects customers with independent beauty professionals and salon partners who provide services at the customer's preferred location.

Anytime Salon acts solely as a technology platform facilitating service bookings, payments, communication, and customer support. Anytime Salon does not directly employ or provide salon or beauty services.


2. User Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • Provide accurate registration details.

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Be located within an area where Anytime Salon services are available.

We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend accounts that fail to meet these eligibility requirements.


3. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account before booking services.

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account.

  • Immediately notify Anytime Salon of any unauthorized account activity.

  • Be responsible for all activities performed through your account.

Accounts containing false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.


4. Booking Services

Customers can browse and book available salon and beauty services through the Platform.

All bookings are subject to:

  • Professional availability.

  • Service location availability.

  • Booking confirmation.

Anytime Salon reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be made using:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets

  • Cash on Service (where available)

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Late-night appointments

  • Premium services

  • Waiting time

  • Parking fees

  • Extra services requested during the appointment

Prices may change without prior notice.


6. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy displayed during checkout.

Cancellation charges may apply if:

  • The assigned professional has already started traveling.

  • Cancellation occurs after the permitted cancellation window.

Professional Cancellation

If a beauty professional cancels a confirmed appointment, Anytime Salon will make reasonable efforts to assign another professional or process a refund where applicable.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved under circumstances including:

  • Failed payment with successful deduction.

  • Service not delivered.

  • Duplicate transactions.

  • Verified service quality complaints.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate service location details.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment.

  • Cooperate during service delivery.

  • Treat beauty professionals respectfully.

  • Pay all applicable service charges.

Customers must not:

  • Engage in abusive or threatening behavior.

  • Request illegal or inappropriate services.

  • Misuse promotional offers.

  • Attempt fraudulent transactions.


9. Service Professional Responsibilities

Independent beauty professionals are responsible for:

  • Delivering services professionally.

  • Using clean, sanitized, and hygienic equipment.

  • Following applicable safety and hygiene standards.

  • Arriving on time whenever reasonably possible.

Repeated violations of company policies may result in removal from the Platform.


10. Rescheduling

Customers may request appointment rescheduling based on:

  • Professional availability.

  • Service area coverage.

  • Advance notice.

Additional charges may apply for repeated rescheduling.


11. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Violate applicable laws.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

  • Create fake accounts.

  • Interfere with Platform functionality.

  • Post offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.

  • Misuse coupons, discounts, or referral programs.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.


12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Anytime Salon name

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Website design

  • Mobile application

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Text

  • Software

  • Marketing materials

is the exclusive property of E Digital Media Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.


13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • Payment gateways

  • SMS providers

  • Maps

  • Analytics tools

  • Push notification services

Anytime Salon is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anytime Salon shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or business.

  • Property damage.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies.

  • Acts or omissions of independent beauty professionals.

The Platform functions solely as a booking and service facilitation platform.


15. Service Availability

Services are available only in selected cities and locations.

Anytime Salon reserves the right to expand, suspend, or discontinue services in any area without prior notice.


16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Anytime Salon, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


17. Suspension & Termination

Anytime Salon may suspend or permanently terminate any account for:

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Abuse of beauty professionals.

  • Repeated cancellations.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Illegal conduct.

  • Misuse of promotional campaigns.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.


18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anytime Salon, E Digital Media Solutions, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.


19. Force Majeure

Anytime Salon shall not be liable for delays or failure in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Internet failures

  • Pandemic situations

  • Civil disturbances

  • Power outages

  • Strikes


20. Changes to Terms

Anytime Salon reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
